Thank you to everyone who donated to our campaign. We're thrilled to have the support for DCLL's work to make audio more engaging, accessible and dynamic for all.
Everyone can listen -- whether deaf, hearing, or somewhere in between.
Donate to support DC Listening Lounge (DCLL) as we bring deaf and hearing audio lovers:
-full-body listening wearables : listen through ankles, wrists and fingertips
-voice-activated visible sand sound wave generators: make sound waves visible
-ASL interpreters
DCLL needs your help. This campaign ends June 15th!
DC Listening Lounge (an audio arts collective of journalists, found sound collectors, artists, coders, riddle-writers, storytellers and more) will present it's 10th annual interactive audio art installation called "Sound Scene" on July 8th at the Smithsonian Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington DC. This year the day-long creative audio celebration will be even more ENGAGING, ACCESSIBLE and INVITING to all residents and visitors with your support for DCLL. (You can learn more about DCLL artists, workshops and Sound Scene on the additional pages of this site).
We thank you sincerely.
